Way to go TMS! I hope that you joined us on Friday, September 19 for our 4^th Annual Conference as it was quite a festive occasion. What a wonderful way to see our community together. Hopefully, next years carnival will be even better!!

I would also like to remind our TMS students and families that District Benchmark Testing began on September 23, 2008 and will end on October 3, 2008. The tests will be given on the following dates:

September 23, 2008 LA Essay

September 30, 2008 LA Multiple Choice Test

October 02, 2008 Math Multiple Choice Test

It is important that your child get to sleep early the night before each test and has a nutritious breakfast.

Our second round of Progress reports should begin to arrive during the 2^nd week of October. Be sure to check your mailboxes. Also, mark your calendars for the October 29-30 for Parent-Teacher Conferences and note that these are minimum days. The school will contact you if an appointment is needed. Contact your child’s counselor if you have additional questions.

Students will be off starting November 3, 2008 and return on Monday, December 3, 2008.
